TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

OVERVIEW
This site is operated by Kernilion. On this site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kernilion.

1. Subject
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Kernilion, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any person making a purchase on the Kernilion site, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer". These conditions apply exclusively, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are presented on the Kernilion website. The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but the Seller cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the actual product. Offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

3. Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes and exclusive of delivery charges. The Vendor reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order.

4. Order
The order is validated upon payment. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information. The Vendor may refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment problem or dispute over a previous order.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times: Estimated between 2 and 5 working days from order confirmation.

  • Charges: Determined by weight, destination and delivery method, displayed at checkout.

  • Zone: Worldwide delivery. For destinations not listed, please contact us before ordering.

  • Tracking: A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

  • Responsibility: The customer must check the accuracy of the delivery information. In the event of an error resulting in non-delivery, additional charges may apply.

  • Delay: The Seller declines all responsibility for delays due to independent circumstances (strikes, weather, logistics).

  • Receipt: The customer must check the condition of the parcel on receipt and report any damage to the carrier and customer service within 2 days.

6. Payment
Payment is made online when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the site. The data is secure and not stored by the Vendor.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
7.1 Right of withdrawal: The Customer has 14 days from receipt to return non-personalized products without justification.
7.2 Exercise: The Customer must inform Kernilion by e-mail at kernilion@outlook.com, clearly stating his intention. The retraction form is available but not compulsory.
7.3 Return conditions: Products in their original condition, unused, packaging intact, with accessories and documents. Packages must be well sealed. Return costs to be borne by the customer.

7.4 Return costs: At the Customer's expense, except in the event of a defect or error by Kernilion, which will provide a prepaid label.
7.5 Refund: After receipt and verification, refund via the same means of payment, including standard delivery charges (excluding specific delivery surcharges).
7.6 Exceptions: No right of withdrawal for personalized, perishable or rapidly deteriorating products.
7.7 Defective product guarantee: Full refund or replacement at the customer's discretion.
7.8 Communication: All requests relating to the right of withdrawal or returns should be addressed to kernilion@outlook.com.

8. Warranty
Products are guaranteed to be free from hidden defects. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or negligence.

9. Data protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes
These GCS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon.
