1. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged and not personalized.

Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
2. Non-refundable items
Items that are damaged or show signs of wear are non-refundable, unless they were received in this condition.
3. Return procedure
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Once your request has been approved, we will send you a return label and the necessary instructions.

Return the jewelry using the label provided. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
4. Processing times
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether or not your refund has been accepted. If accepted, the refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days via the original method of payment.
5. Gift items
If the returned item was a gift, you will receive a credit note for use on our website. A direct refund to the account of the gift giver is not possible.
