PRIVACY POLICY
SECTION 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you make a purchase in our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address and e-mail address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address, which enables us to obtain more details about your browser and operating system.
E-mail marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you e-mails about our store, new products and other updates. By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) as well as marketing offers via SMS. Marketing messages will not exceed 3 per month. You can unsubscribe from any further messages by clicking on the unsubscribe link.
The sending of SMS messages or the use of automations requires that you submit the telephone numbers or names of the recipients to our importer. We store and use this data to show you the analysis and results of the campaign, including message delivery status, send status, and in some cases whether the purchase resulted in a sale. If you choose to use our link shortener in SMS, we will collect information on whether or not the link was clicked and use this to display the results in your analytics.
Any other third party services you may use outside the smsbump.com framework (third party link shortener, GA tracking, etc.) are subject to their specific policies which you must accept. When sending SMS, we will transmit the data to our message operator to ensure delivery. Information is only shared with our operator at the time the marketing campaign is sent. If your recipients no longer wish to receive messages, they should reply STOP or contact us at the address below so that we can unsubscribe them effectively.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do we obtain your consent? When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, schedule a delivery or return a purchase, we assume that you consent to the collection and use of your information solely for these purposes. If we ask for your personal information for any other reason, such as marketing purposes, we will expressly ask for your consent or offer you the opportunity to decline.
How can I withdraw my consent? If, after having given your consent, you change your mind and no longer wish us to contact you, collect or disclose your information, you may inform us by contacting us at Serviceclientkernilion@outlook.com.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you breach our Terms and Conditions.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Your data is stored in Shopify systems and databases, and in the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment: If you make your purchase via a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Your transaction information is stored for the time necessary to complete your order. Once your order has been finalized, this information is deleted. All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a partnership between Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. These requirements guarantee the secure processing of credit card data by our store and its service providers. For more information, please consult the Shopify Terms of Use or the Shopify Privacy Policy.
SECTION 5 - SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
Generally, the third-party service providers we use collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to provide the services they render to us. However, some third-party providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we transmit to them for your transactions. We therefore recommend that you read their policies carefully to understand how they handle your data. Please note that some service providers may be located in a jurisdiction other than you or us, which means that your data may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions (for example, the US Patriot Act). When you leave our site to access a third-party site, you are no longer subject to this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third-party sites.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or improper destruction. If you provide us with your credit card, it will be encrypted via SSL and stored with AES-256 encryption.
