  • The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The return must include all accessories, labels, and any documents provided with the product.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of Kernilion. In case of a defect or error, Kernilion will provide a prepaid return label.

Upon receipt of the returned products and verification of their condition, Kernilion will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The refund will include the standard delivery costs paid by the Customer (except for additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard method).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, are liable to deteriorate, or have a short shelf life.

7.7 Warranty for Defective Products:

If the returned products are defective, Kernilion will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, or offer a replacement, according to the Customer's preference.
