1. Return and Refund
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and non-customized.
- The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
2. Non-refundable Items
Damaged items or items showing signs of wear are not eligible for a refund unless they were received in that condition.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at kernilion@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label along with the necessary instructions.
- Send back the jewelry using the provided label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through your original payment method.
5. Gifted Items
If the item being returned was received as a gift, you will receive a store credit for the value of the gift to spend on our website. A refund cannot be issued directly to the gift giver’s account.
